A Journey of Transformation and Resilience

Once upon a time, when I was in 6th grade, I was an overweight kid weighing around 80 kilograms. Despite the extra weight, I was determined to transform myself and turn my life around. From 6th grade all the way to 11th grade, I dedicated myself to regular cardio exercises and spent countless hours on the treadmill.

As I entered 12th grade, my hard work began to pay off. The persistent efforts to lose weight showed results, and I was finally back in shape. However, I didn't stop there. When I started my engineering studies, I developed an interest in bodybuilding. With a proper diet and a focus on slow, controlled repetitions, I began to gain muscle and saw noticeable improvements in my physique.

It was during my 4th year of engineering that I met Manav, a fellow student who would change my fitness journey forever. One day, as I watched him practicing powerlifting, I initially thought he was going to hurt his back. But instead of discouraging me, he encouraged me to give it a try.

At first, I was hesitant, thinking I wouldn't be able to lift the heavy weights. However, with Manav's guidance, I managed to lift the weight with great accuracy. That was the day everything changed for me. From that moment on, I embraced powerlifting as my new passion.

As I delved deeper into powerlifting, I felt a surge of confidence and enthusiasm that I had never experienced before. The sport taught me to push my limits and constantly strive for self-improvement. It wasn't just about lifting weights anymore; it was about overcoming challenges and becoming the best version of myself.

With each passing day, I grew stronger, both physically and mentally. And as I stood on the platform, lifting heavier weights with each attempt, I realized that my transformation was more than just a physical one. It was a journey of self-discovery, determination, and resilience that has shaped me into the person I am today.
