In the event of a refund, it shall be processed and reverted to the customer's account within a period of 3-4 working days. Payments made via UPI shall be facilitated through Paytm. In the unlikely scenario of payment failure through Paytm, an alternate payment method via Google Pay shall be initiated, and settlement of all payments shall be carried out using the merchant number. Upon completion of payment, the customer is required to send a screenshot of the same to the merchant number for verification purposes.

It is imperative to note that there is a strict cancellation policy in place for consultations. Specifically, only two attempts to cancel a consultation are allowed. Any further attempts beyond the second will result in forfeiture of the refund. It is expected that clients adhere to this policy with utmost seriousness, as any deviation from it will not be tolerated.
It should be noted that the consultation duration is strictly limited to 60 minutes. However, in the event that unforeseeable circumstances arise, an additional 30 minutes may be allocated. While there is no limit on the number of questions that may be asked, it is important to adhere to the specified time constraints.
